JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

SUMMARY:

As a Junior Sales Executive, your role is to call potential prospects, qualify them to make sure they are a good fit for our solutions, and get them excited about what ReluTech has to offer. Scheduling a meeting either virtually or in-person to qualify potential opportunities is the key. You will work side-by-side with some of the best in the business learning everything you need to know to earn your way into an Account Executive position.

This is the perfect position for college graduates or those looking to climb their way into an Account Executive role within three to four months. You will join a culture that cares about personal development and high performance in a fast-paced environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identify and qualify prospective businesses that would be a great fit for ReluTech’s service offering.

  • Pinpoint key people/stakeholders within those companies and engage them in calls and personalized email touchpoints.

  • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the ReluTech portfolio, industry trends, competition and marketing happenings.  

  • Empower potential customers to discover unmet needs with their business and how we can deliver extraordinary value.

  • Extract relevant information from prospects and log/maintain all activity in Salesforce CRM. 

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans that accelerate our customer sales cycle 

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales metrics.

  • Record all sales activities consistently and accurately in our CRM (you know it couldn’t be ALL fun and games).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and possess a “never met a stranger” mentality) 

  • High level of social intelligence, passion, ambition, and a team-player mentality.

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales, support, or management role or relevant internship experience (recent grads, or those looking to pivot into technology sales, please apply!)

  • Ability to handle objections.

  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer.

  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to new responsibilities and fast-paced work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
