ReluTech is a rapidly-expanding IT solutions provider and we’re on the hunt for a hustling Sales Development Representative to help accelerate our continued growth. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you’ll contribute to our deep sales pipeline by prospecting new accounts and delivering qualified leads to Account Executives.

This role is designed to fast-track successful SDRs to Account Executive promotions within 12-18 months.   • Manage customer relationships and drive the leads that result in meeting ReluTech’s monthly revenue goals

  • Identify relevant and targeted lists of prospects to reach out to by cold-calling, email, professional networking, social media, etc.

  • Qualify prospects that will turn into leads and customers

  • Learn all facets of the ReluTech business in order to pitch the company; including Talent Solutions, third-party maintenance, and hardware.

  • Assess customer needs, determine product fit, quote pricing, and follow through delivery

  • Set meetings with prospective clients, as well as coordinate additional follow-up activities

  • Negotiate with customers about ReluTech’ full suite of products and services

  • Advise management on targeted lists and reasons for selection

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans that accelerate our customer sales cycle

  • Consistently and accurately record all sales activities in our CRM (you know it couldn’t be ALL fun and games)


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and possess a “never met a stranger” mentality)

  • A high level of motivation, good time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • Aptitude and passion for learning (this industry is constantly changing and you’ll need to keep up with emerging technologies and trends)

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and hustler-level sense of urgency—we’re a fast-growing company and need someone who can keep up. You’ll help us raise the bar


  • 1+ years of sales experience, especially cold-calling

  • Experience working with a complex CRM like Salesforce
