We Are Intentional Fun Innovative ReluHeroes
Less worky, more quirky
You can’t talk about life at ReluTech without discussing our unique culture. It is truly a work hard, play hard environment where all of our employees are passionate about driving results, but make sure they are having fun along the way.
We value making sure our employees love what they do while being a part of the ReluTech family. Every day is different, but holds something special. Whether it’s mornings started off with giant jenga or donuts (or both), taking brain breaks practicing your putting skills or grabbing a beer in the cafeteria, ReluTech strives to make a work environment you want to come to.

“With great power comes great responsibility”
Warrior Dash 2019
Pay it Forward is in our blood here at ReluTech. And so is our competitive spirit. So why not combine both in one activity? BAM - that’s when you get the Warrior Dash. 2019 was the second year in a row that we have be participated with Promise 686 in this amazing event to raise money to provide homes for foster children. Everyone comes together full of spirit to run a bunch of obstacles and get a little muddy for a great cause.
Toys for tots 2018
Throughout the year, ReluTech participates in multiple charitable programs as part of our community outreach effort. Our favorite event by far is our Toys for Tots event, in which we buy hundreds of toys to give to underprivileged children during the holiday season.
Each employee grabs a cart and fills it with as many toys as possible for those kids. This past year was our biggest and best to date. Looking forward to what is to come in 2019!
Warrior Dash 2018
This is the first year that ReluTech participated in Warrior Dash fundraising for Promise 686. We had so much fun, we had to do it again!
When people ask me what ReluTech does, I tell them that we are an all inclusive IT solutions provider. Being an all inclusive IT provider is a very broad description, so today I would like to briefly discuss what that actually means.
I hear it all the time, “I can't take any more PTO”, “I hate my job”, “Only 3 more days until the weekend!”. Most of my peers are working at large corporations where they’re miserable with their day to day responsibilities. But, when they hear about my day to day, our unlimited PTO, flexible hours, beer on tap, and fun work culture, they think I have the best job around. At a startup that's run the right way, there is a lot of flexibility - you are able to have input, spend time with executives, and if you are ambitious and successful, you have the ability to be noticed and move up quickly. However, a startup environment is not one that all types can thrive in. You need to be disciplined, motivated, and above all, productive, as there is nowhere to hide in a small company. Below are my top 5 ways to stay productive at a startup:
I’m Alix Dickinson, a Sr. Account Executive on the Talent Solutions team at Relutech. As a part of this team, I focus on finding top tech talent for my clients, as quickly as possible. I also like to help find top talent for my team as well. In this video, I explain why our clients love working with us, as well as why I, along with my colleagues, love working for Relutech.
Monday through Friday is a grind when you are in sales. Every week could potentially make or break your year. When I have a stressful first half of the day at work, I like to unwind at lunch with my friends. My coworkers and I have come to be regulars at a few places around our office in the Norcross area. Keep reading to learn more about the best places in Norcross, my thoughts, and most importantly, what I recommend you order.
“I think I want to go into sales…” is a phrase I hear a lot of my friends, who currently hate their jobs, say when they see the success others have obtained in a sales role. There is almost a façade around sales that it’s easy to do and you’re guaranteed success. I know when I first thought about going into sales that was my idea, but boy was I wrong…
…”And the word of the month is Intention!”, said our President, Ted Pappas in our weekly Monday morning meeting (ironically called TedTalks). The discussion of being intentional with our customers failed to escape me as I sipped on Jack Daniels during our Quota Trip in Cancun last week. Funny how even the strongest drinks can’t quell the most compelling of statements and ideologies. And although I hit my quota for the second year in a row, the stakes are raised and the better I have to be at my job. So what do I do for a living? I’m an IT Recruiter for a company called ReluTech which has 3 business segments:
ReluTech, an Atlanta, GA based IT Solutions provider, is pleased to announce their continued expansion while hiring Ted Pappas as President.
“I am humbled to have the opportunity to help grow our customer base and serve the lives of our customers and team members here at ReluTech,” Ted said.
Totaling over $10,000
No, this isn’t the daily report of a shift at Santa’s workshop. These are the totals that ReluTech, with the aid of our partners Metro Power, Nelson Mullins, and Smart 3rd Party, donated to Toys for Tots this year.
Combine the potential for growth in a sales career along with our amazing company culture, and it makes turning on my computer each morning exciting. All in all, starting my career in sales for ReluTech has been a blessing and an opportunity that I continue to be grateful for.
